Several Danish restaurants receive their first Michelin star
Restaurant Udtryk receives its first Michelin star just five weeks after opening, according to the Michelin Guide.
Several Danish restaurants received their first Michelin star on Monday evening.
It has been presented at the Michelin Guide’s awarding of stars to restaurants in the Nordic region.
The presentation will take place in Annebjerg Cultural Park in Odsherred.
Restaurant Alimentum in Aalborg gets its first Michelin star. This means Aalborg also gets a Michelin restaurant.
Copenhagen also gets new Michelin stars.
This applies to the restaurants Texture and Parsley Salon.
The same applies to restaurant Udtryk, which opened just five weeks ago.
The 21 Danish restaurants that already have a star will keep them.
