Court in Roskilde Approves Extradition of Danish Murder Suspect
On Wednesday, a court in Roskilde granted permission for the extradition of a 28-year-old Danish man wanted in connection with a murder case in Spain. This decision was confirmed by Thomas Kristensen, the head of communications at Central and West Zealand Police.
Also implicated in the same case is a 41-year-old Danish man, who agreed to be extradited back in December 2025. However, the timeline for the extradition of both men remains uncertain.
In December, Spanish authorities revealed that five individuals have been charged in this murder investigation, with four additional suspects facing charges in Denmark.
Reports from Spanish media indicate that the victim is a 37-year-old Dutch businessman who was kidnapped along with his girlfriend by masked assailants in April 2025.
