Spanning 220 kilometers, the trail encircles the South Funen Archipelago, offering hikers a peaceful journey through island communities, forests, and coastlines.
The South Funen Archipelago
This region is known for shallow waters, small islands, and a rich maritime culture. The trail connects major islands such as Funen, Tåsinge, Langeland, and Ærø.
Along the way, hikers encounter traditional houses, stone churches, and active harbors, all while enjoying abundant wildlife and birdlife.
Route Overview
The trail is divided into seven sections, making it flexible for all hikers. It typically begins in Faldsled and passes through Faaborg, Svendborg, and multiple islands via ferries.
