Now the bikers’ pension funds must be punished

Rockers and gang members can now have their senior and disability pensions revoked if they commit serious crimes. This is an inappropriate mix-up, the association believes.

There are criminals running around who, according to Minister of Employment Ane Halsboe-Jørgensen (S), “have absolutely no scruples” in exploiting the welfare state to obtain pension benefits. A new agreement must put an end to this.

Specifically, it will now be possible to deprive biker and gang members of their disability pension, senior pension or Arne pension for five years if they are convicted of a serious crime.
