Woman dies after being hit by bus in Aalborg

Police are investigating a fatal accident at the bus terminal in Aalborg. Witnesses can seek help from professionals.

A young woman died in Aalborg on Thursday after being hit by a bus, police said. She was 25 years old.

Many people were present at the accident that occurred on Jyllandsgade.

“It is a terrible accident that we must now investigate thoroughly,” says Chief of Police Thomas Ottesen in a press release from the North Jutland Police.

The police have not released any more detailed information about how the accident could have happened, but they will contact witnesses and conduct other investigations.

In addition, an emergency psychological response team has been deployed, and affected citizens can receive guidance and help.

“Reach out. Seek help if you have seen something. It is important to talk it over with professionals if you have seen something,” says the duty officer in the press release.
