Terms for Subscription to Trav365.no
1. Introduction
This agreement governs the ordering and purchasing process for a subscription to Trav365.no. Once your order is registered, it becomes binding for both you and Trav365.no.

3. Subscription Benefits
With this subscription, you gain access to all content available on the Trav365.no web portal.
4. Delivery and User Access
Access to our web portal can be found at www.trav365.no. Any changes to the service will be communicated according to the terms outlined on our website.
5. Usage Guidelines
Your username and password are personal and should only be shared with members of your household. Should you share your credentials in violation of this policy, Trav365.no reserves the right to block your access immediately, with no entitlement to a refund.
6. Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing a subscription online, you are entitled to withdraw from the agreement following the guidelines set forth in the Act regarding the duty to provide information and the right of cancellation for distance sales. You will receive a withdrawal form with your order receipt, and you have 14 days to notify Hestesportmedier AS of your intention to cancel. This notification should be made in writing. If your subscription is activated and accessible during this withdrawal period, you are responsible for covering its cost for the time you had access.
7. Personal Data
Hestesportmedier AS collects and stores personal information, including your name, email, address, and phone number, as well as details about any bill payer. By accepting these terms, you consent to the handling of your personal data by Trav365.no. This information is utilized to manage your subscription and improve our services based on user insights.
You have the right to access your personal information held by Hestesportmedier AS. If you find any inaccuracies, please reach out for corrections. You may also request the deletion of your information if it is no longer necessary for your subscription. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date, either through your online profile at trav365.no or by contacting our customer service at post@trav365.no. 8. Pricing
All listed prices include delivery. Please note that Trav365.no reserves the right to adjust subscription prices as needed.
9. Payment
Subscriptions must be paid in advance per the invoice, based on the chosen subscription period. Payments will be deducted directly from your account or credit card.
10. Technical Issues
In the event of a total system failure that affects access to the online portal, you are entitled to an extension of your subscription equal to the downtime experienced.
11. Subscription Period and Termination
Trav365.no offers a variety of subscription durations, including yearly, half-yearly, quarterly, and monthly options, all billed via credit card until canceled. Daily and weekly access is available through SMS for the selected duration. You may terminate your subscription at any time by providing written notice. Please note that non-payment of your subscription does not constitute cancellation. Hestesportmedier AS may offer promotional pricing on new subscriptions; however, you cannot cancel your current subscription to take advantage of a promotional rate.
12. Amendments to the Agreement
These terms are effective immediately upon entering the agreement with Trav365.no AS and will remain in effect until new terms are published on our website.
