A man pleaded not guilty on Tuesday to two rapes committed in November and June respectively.
A 42-year-old man, charged with two rapes committed more than seven months apart, was jailed for 27 days on Tuesday after a constitutional hearing in Copenhagen City Court.
The man pleads not guilty.
He was arrested on Monday at 8:21 a.m.
It is about an hour after one of the rapes allegedly took place.
According to the charge from the constitutional hearing, the rape took place at 7:15 a.m. in a parking garage in Vesterbro in Copenhagen.
Here he is alleged to have subjected a woman to severe violence and rape. The charge states that he also grabbed the woman by the throat, causing her to lose consciousness.
The man is also charged with a rape committed sometime between midnight November 2 and 8:30 a.m. November 4 at an address in Kastrup.
The man is also charged with assault and rape in this case. The 42-year-old is also said to have grabbed the woman by the throat in this case.
