The cases against Danes who have posted about the war in Gaza on social media continue. On Wednesday, person number 20 was sentenced at the Court in Sønderborg.
A 43-year-old man from Aabenraa, who works as a dishwasher at a hotel, was sentenced to 80 hours of community service on Wednesday for having written a comment on a Facebook support post from the New Civic Party on the anniversary of the Hamas attack in Israel.
“Remember October 7th,” the party had written.
