“They suddenly saw potential in me”: The rules at the job center were thrown away

Louise Casson felt like she was in a deep hole because the job center didn’t listen to her and only cared about rules. A new project in Nyborg threw out the rules and got her a job.

It was all just black and white. She had suffered from postpartum depression, where she often cried and had no energy – and when she had recovered, she lost her apprenticeship as a painter.

Now she was ready to work again. But then she met a mental wall at the job center.
